My Phung has been active in the Real Estate Appraisal Industry since 2000. She spent several years appraising & consulting on large commercial properties, including National & International accommodation portfolios, and continues to work on a diverse and broad range of commercial assignments. In addition to completing Market Value (IC&I) appraisals, My also provides Depreciation Reports (Reserve Fund Studies) for strata corporations and Insurance appraisals for many properties and clients in the Greater Victoria and Lower Vancouver Island regions. She has extensive experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets and pro forma and holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. My holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and has also completed the educational requirements for a Bachelor of Business in Real Estate from the University of British Columbia. Additionally, she has been granted the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

Richard Horwood

Richard (Dick) Horwood has been active in the Real Estate Appraisal Industry since 1995. Over this time he has completed a wide variety of appraisal and consulting assignments on investment properties in the Victoria and Lower Vancouver Island regions. The majority of Dick’s work involves “As If Complete” (development) appraisals, Office and Apartment appraisals, First Nation Land consulting, Insurance Appraisals and Depreciation Reports (Reserve Fund Studies) for Strata Corporations. He has degrees in Real Estate & Finance combined with a background in accounting and holds the Accredited Appraiser (AACI) designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Dick has also been granted the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation awarded by the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
Jessica Boucher

Jessica has been working at Phung Horwood since January 2013. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria specializing in Entrepreneurship. Jessica completed the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) Program through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC and holds the AACI designation through the Appraisal institute of Canada. At Phung Horwood Jessica works on a range of projects including residential and commercial (IC&I) appraisals, depreciation reports and replacement cost appraisals. In addition to this Jessica is well versed in researching and market analysis.
Conrad MacDonald

Conrad has been with Phung Horwood since 2016, aiding in the preparation of commercial (IC&I) appraisals, insurance replacement cost appraisals, and residential appraisals. Conrad holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He has completed the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) Program through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC and holds the AACI designation through the Appraisal institute of Canada.
Matthew began at Phung Horwood in early 2022 after completing his Bachelor of Business Administration from Camosun College where he was a captain of the Men’s Basketball team. Matthew assists in the preparation of commercial (IC&I) appraisals, insurance replacement cost appraisals and administrative duties. He is currently enrolled in the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) program through the UBC Sauder School of Business and is an AIC Candidate Member actively pursuing his AACI designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys participating in sports and coaching youth basketball.

JENNIFER YI

Since 2021, Jennifer has been supporting Phung Horwood in residential, insurance replacement cost, and commercial appraisals. She is an AIC candidate member with the Appraisal Institute of Canada and recently completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. Additionally, Jennifer holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and is a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute.
MASATO WILSON

Masato has been with Phung Horwood since late 2020, aiding in the preparation of commercial (IC&I) appraisals, residential appraisals, and consulting assignments. Masato holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria. He is in the process of completing the PGCV (Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation) Program through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at UBC and is an Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) Candidate Member. Masato grew up in Qualicum Beach where he developed his love for golf and fly fishing. Other pastimes include playing hockey and cheering on the Vancouver Canucks.
Oggy is one of Phung Horwood’s resident office companions. You can typically find him snoring loudy under a desk or chair, and when he's not busy lightening the mood, Oggy enjoys leisurely strolls during lunch breaks and spontaneous office picnics. It isn’t difficult to gain Oggy’s trust, just pay him a visit but make sure you have a little treat!

Frankie takes on more of an active role at Phung Horwood. even earning herself the title of our in-house security guard and office supervisor, making sure everyone is staying on track with their work. In Frankie’s downtime, she enjoys getting out for walks in the lively downtown area and checking out whats happening at the dog park. Oh, and she’ll never say no to a treat either.
